About Me

I have been game design for 5 and half years, most of which I have spent at Forever Interactive, a virtual startup company based in Milwaukee, where I have become the Chief Product Officer and Lead Product Owner for our flagship title named Visions of Zosimos. I have worked from the ground up starting as a game designer and earned my rank through hard work, persistence and learning from my failures. Since beginning my journey I learned many different styles of game design, the ideals of agile and how to implement both of them into a project to make the best possible game I can.

I am originally from Central Wisconsin which is not an area known for it's game development companies or school. So in 2009 I returned to college after three years in as lab technician for a electric motor company. I decided to attend Westwood College Online to get a Bachelors Degree in Game Art and Design. After finances ran dry I was unable to finish school there. At this point I started with Forever Interactive and was referred to the Computer Simulation and Gaming program at Milwaukee Area Technical College to finish my degree. I moved to Milwaukee to push my career at Forever Interactive and to learn about Agile and continue my education as a game designer. Since then I have been on multiple game projects, most of which I have been placed in a Product Owner, Scrum master or Game Design position. 

My short term goals include getting my scrum master certificate and find a project that challenges my skills as a game designer, product owner and/or scrum master. Long term I wish to be able to run my own company or be a Project Director for a project of my own design.
